16 January 2015: I am so impressed by your Companies workers!!!I am a first time customer, residing in Pretoria. I have phoned on midday, Thursday 15 January 2015 to find out what the 4 digit imprinted code was on two different Guerlain eau de Parfum bottles, just to make very sure that it was at least a 2013/14 edition, because I have read that is better than the previous few years. The lady was very helpful and quickly gave me the numbers. I have ordered just shortly thereafter and my Credit Card payment went through Paypast at 02:07 . I quickly sent an e-mail to give a few extra details for the delivery Company (eg to hoot when they arrive at the gate and that our property is behind another house. To my amazement the delivery truck from Specialised Freight Services arrived around 10:18 this morning (Friday 16 January 2015). Voila, there was a note written on the Parcel * Please hoot when at the gate!!
I had ordered twice from two other online Sellers in Johannesburg and had to e-mail both to ask what happened to my orders. The one Company said they don’t have the one Perfume I have ordered, so I had to order something different and I received it after a couple of days. No quick delivery from both Companies as advertised!!!Thanks to everybody who helped me and who did the packaging!!! Please keep your Freight Service, they are really good!!!
