What happens if I want to change my order?
You are more than welcome to change your order unless your item(s) has already left our warehouse.
What happens if I want to return goods for an exchange or refund?
As per the South African Consumer Act, you are welcome to return any product provided that the product is in the same condition, has not been used and is still in its original packaging. My Perfume Shop honours a 7-day full refund policy (excluding postage costs) and a surcharge of 20%.
Special request orders
We charge a 50% handling fee for cancelled requests on special import orders (products not listed in our catalogue).
